Comfortable, no frills hotel that served us perfectly during our stopover in Hanoi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Soundproofing was good as we were technically facing the street but on the 7th floor it was nice and quiet. The neighborhood seems a typical Hanoi area and we enjoyed enjoyed pho, a vegetarian restaurant (1 of 3 in the area), KFC and a clothing shop all within steps of the hotel. Getting to the tourist area was a long walk or a quick and easy taxi ride.

The staff at Blue Hanoi made the stay excellent. They were incredibly friendly and had wonderful recommendations for the area. The room was also incredibly clean and quiet, and very comfortable for my 5 night stay.

Location is great. Right on the road and very easily reachable by car. The room is spacious and clean with large washrooms. All facilities are available. Walking distance from old quarter. Best part is the room is very well maintained with clean sheets and towels. Would definitely recommend this. Really good value for budget.

Staff is super friendly, helpful and polite. Nice breakfast with great varieties, there will be staff serving you so dont be surprised if you see no food on the counter. Free water bottles every day. The room is also cleaned and tidied up every day. Nice location with a lot of food and clothing stores nearby.

The beds were comfy, the bathroom was decent size. The shower/tub was nice. The staff was so kind and accommodating.

The bed and bedroom were large and the bathroom new and fresh. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast cooked to order with a choice of Western or Asian food. The AC worked without the key card being inserted so the room was nice and cool when we returned after a day out in the heat and humidity of the city. The building has 8 floors with guest rooms and a roof top (enclosed) restaurant for breakfast.

The suite is perfect, staff is super friendly and caring, and the breakfast was delicious. Especially thanks to the “Hotel Manager", who assisted me with my needs. A peaceful place, a paradise in Hanoi City. This hotel is beyond words with a breathtaking and amazing view, clean and we felt very spoilt to be in such a high-class establishment!

The room is quiet and exceptionally clean. The bedding and towels are white and clean. The bed is soft. The wi-fi is strong. The breakfast is different every day and it's homemade. The food is fresh and healthy. The reception is helpful and very polite. They speak English.

We had a fantastic experience and plan to stay here again next time we are in Hanoi. The room was very spacious and clean. We love this area of the city -- it's interesting, lively, and close to everything, but not too cramped, noisy, or full of tourists. The hotel's breakfast was varied and substantial, and above all, the family that runs the place is so very kind and accommodating. Can't wait to return.
